1. Subject Matter These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website www.marmargenova.com between MarMar S.r.l. and any consumer making a purchase for personal use.
2. Products The products offered for sale are as follows: Eau de Parfum, Discovery Kit and any related accessories. Photographs and descriptions are presented with the greatest possible care but do not constitute a contractual commitment.
3. Prices Prices are stated in euros inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are indicated prior to order confirmation. MarMar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Pre-orders MarMar Genova Launch — Orders placed at the time of the site's opening will be shipped by 30 June 2026. Certain products may be offered for pre-order, allowing customers to reserve a product before it is immediately available. This information is clearly indicated on product pages and at the time of payment. In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Payment Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal or any other authorised provider.
6. Delivery MarMar delivers to the countries indicated during the order process. Delivery times provided are given as estimates only. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a 14-day period in which to exercise their right of withdrawal. Opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
8. MarMar Returns Policy 100 ml Bottle Each bottle comes with a sample allowing the customer to discover the fragrance before opening. Customers are encouraged to test the perfume using this sample. Returns accepted if unopened, unused and in the original packaging, within the statutory withdrawal period. Discovery Kit Due to its nature and immediate use, the Discovery Kit cannot be returned once opened. Returns not accepted after opening.
9. Defective Products In the event of a defective or damaged product upon delivery, the customer must contact MarMar within 7 days of receipt. Photographs may be requested. MarMar will arrange a replacement or refund for the product in question.
10. Liability MarMar's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. MarMar shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer benefits from the mandatory protections provided by the legislation of their country of residence. The parties will seek an amicable resolution as a priority before initiating any legal proceedings.
