Orders
You can track your order using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email or from your customer account.
Select the desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed with the payment steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Once confirmed, orders generally cannot be changed. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service.
If the order has not yet been shipped, our customer service can update the delivery address.
Orders are generally prepared within 1 or 2 business days before shipment.
The invoice is sent via email once the order has been shipped.

Times and costs depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
We ship with trusted partners such as Chronopost, Colissimo, and DHL.
We currently deliver in Europe only.
For shipments outside the EU, duties or taxes may apply according to local regulations.
Your order can be delivered to the address of your choice.
Payments
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Marmar Genova gift cards.
Yes, all transactions are protected by SSL security protocols.
Gift Voucher
Gift cards are available on our website.
Enter code at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for one year.
Yes, the remaining balance is still available.
By clicking on the link you received with the gift card, you will find the available balance.
Please contact customer service if the problem persists.
The amount will be credited back to the card.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If it has not been prepared yet, we will do our best to cancel it.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the unopened product and place a new order.
Please contact customer service for return instructions.
The refund will be issued within 14 business days of verification of the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless we made a mistake.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
